Hello to everyone!
This is my first post on this forum and for a good reason. I'm the proud owner of a 2006 206 cc and I got the following car radio unit:

And yes, is the Chinese equivalent of a swiss knife turned into a car radio!
The regular connectors are no problem like speakers, power and so on. I only have some concerns about the not so standard wires like the Reverse light and the hand brake wire (which are used to trigger the reverse camera). How do you think is best to wire this up? I looked for the car's service manual on the net and I haven't find it yet (maybe this is beyond Google capabilities) any advice on this will be appreciated.
Next comes the stalk control! The manual (which is written in Hong Kong-English as you could easily guess) just mentions four wires named AD GND, AD 3.3V, AD1 and AD2 which I suppose are the interface for stalk or steering wheel controls. Most of the "pedigree" brands like Alpine, Sony, Pioneer, etc. sorry if forgot your favourite one ;-), have a jack like the ones used for headphones to connect to the steering wheel controls but this particular unit only have these four wires.
I don't mind loosing the MFD but if there is a way to keep the stalk that woud be great. Also, if there is a way to bypass the MFD to keep the car computer info on it will be a plus but as I said, I can live without it anyway.
Any advice on this will be greatly appreciated. Links to the electrical information of the 206 cc are also warmly welcome.
Finally, are there any books or information related to hacking all these standards like CAN or VAN bus? I know you can't compare but there is plenty of information to hack other systems like the XBOX, SAT Receivers, cable modems, etc. Same thing to install whatever you want in your new car would be interesting don't you think?
Thanks for your time to read such a long post.
Greetings from Mexico.
