Tyres

Just bought our 54 plate 1.6 s a couple of weeks ago. It's got 3 new tyres fitted by the supplying dealership .these are branded "Capitol sport UHP", presumably budget ones. Has anyone come across this brand before, are they any good, as don't really want to replace them as they are brand new.

I just had a set of Capitol Sport UHPs put on my daughter's '06 VW Beetle a couple weeks ago and couldn't be happier with them. They're actually made by BF Goodrich now that the high import tariff on Asian imports has been imposed... before it was Sumito I think but BF took over production and changed the tread design slightly to what it is now (friend of mine owns an American Car Care Center and gave me the details). Great wet and dry traction and handling, quiet ride, and 50k mile warranty... can't ask for much more from a high performance tire.
