all warning lights on - speedo, petrol etc all on zero

hello everyone, if anyone can help that would be AMAZING....

ok so driving to work tonight as you do, and all of a sudden, all the light in my car are flashing at me. the speedo, rev counter, petrol gage EVERYTHING all on 0 and not moving anywhere :-( millage counter on zero ...

when i turn my car off the lights stay on in my car, ummm so thats that really. But the car is still driving

any ideas?

Sounds like a battery issue.
