Boot lid wont shut after putting roof up

Hi we had a problem where the roof got stuck half way and my husband managed to put the roof back on the car but boot lid wont shut properly now. I tryed open and close roof again after and works fine apart from boot lid wont shut. Pls help

Watch this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HV8iPP9SKu4 @ 3mins its states about the jumpers in the boot and the hydraulic system repressurisation. Are you sure these steps have been done properly. Double-check the jumpers in the boot. If this is ok it sounds like a sensor issue.

Is it a case that the boot lid does not close or does it close, but not lock down. Is the drive still running or does it just die without the operation completed?
