206cc value?

Hi guys,

Thinking of selling the 206cc and would appreciate any thoughts on value:

Silver 206cc on 53 plate, Allure, 1.6, automatic, black leather, brand new MOT, new tyres (x4), new front discs/pads, 35k...?

Appreciate any help.
