sports cat and powerflow exhaust!

Hi everyone!
looking at getting a sports cat (universal fit) (£100) what will i need for my 206 cc 2001 2.0 litre
16v??
bore size, length etc, also am looking at getting a powerflow stainless exhaust at the same time, has anyone had one of these universal ones fitted and how much do you guys think it would cost (ballpark figure) to have it fitted at the same time as the exhaust???

if its a powerflow straight through then you might as well get them to make the cat as well since their work is all custom, price wise i had a back box made by them and it was £100 so your lookin at at least 450.
