lowest temp= 14 Centigrade

Hi all,
This after noon I put on the A/C to cool my self- but the lowest temp I could get is only 14 degrees. Is that right????

Yes that's correct.

If you hit the air recycle button as well as a/c it will cool the already cooled air, which makes a difference i've noticed.
