Electrical 206CC problems

hi guys, could anyone help me??
obviously with the clocks going forward today my clock stayed the same, does anyone know how to change it??

Mine has two little buttons either side of it which you have to push in with something pointed like a pen or key - the left hand one adjusts the hours and the right hand one the minutes - mine's a 51 plate 1.6.

Ours has 2 buttons but you press and hold the left hand one to bring up the menu. Then toggle through the menu with that left hand button until you come to Adjust time: hour. Then press right hand button once to advance hour by one. Toggle through menu with left hand button until you get back to where you started.
Ours is an 05 reg 1.6 Allure. You don't need anything to push the buttons on ours - just fingers.
