I've received a couple of e-mail's over the past week or so and haven't yet had a chance to reply. Unfortunately my hard disk died and I lost all my mail. All is now back up and running, so if you're waiting for a response from me please drop me another message.
My internet provider has changed their domain and my new address is sjfrost@optusnet.com.au - the old address will work until the end of the year.
