I just cant unlock the steering wheel to move it up or down
I know where the lever is to the left of the wheel but it feels jammed solid and I dont want to force it
Tried the key in various points up to ignition and no change
Any ideas or am I doing something wrong?
Searched the forum and nothing came up for this topic
