some little git has gone into the side of my cc, not happy.

Its got a bashed in door and battered front panel, plus new alloy wheel is broke. Its going into the body dhop on Monday to be fixed.

To make matters worse the little ******(I cannot think of a bad enough word to call the boy that went into me :censored:) is trying to blame me for driving sensibly up a main road and being in his way when he flew out of a junction and smacked into me - my fault apparently?!!? I can think of so many horrible things to do to him :firedevil:

Im hoping my Insurance company will make mince meet of him on my behalf but have heard so many horror stories Im not holding my breath. Im with Prestige and hes with Tescos. Ive just got to put up with a curtesy car for a couple of weeks, anyone had Prestige as their insurance company and had a good result?

Might be a good topic to introduce - good and bad insurance companys? tips etc?

Sorry to hear your news Jabba. Hope you had a witness or managed to take photos. At least you got the culprits name and address etc.

Good luck with the claim. Hope the car's soon fixed.

You weren't hurt thank goodness.
