Heating Fan Wont Move To Different Positions

Hi I have a 206cc 2.0l and the problem is when I got my fan on I can not change the positions on it used to click and now the air comes out of every hole. Does anyone else have this problem or know a way to fix it?? I don’t even know where to start :(

have you ever solved your problem with the fan?
Anybody there has got any idea or trick to sort it out?
My fan vents are stuck in face AND feet position but no air goes to the windscreen and in winter it is an absolute pain as I can't see a thing through the foggy screen!
I saw the mechanism that controls the vents behind the panel, but it seems stuck. If I press the vent-direction button (the car is 2L 206cc 2002), the vent mechanism (the 2 wheels..)
How easy is to replace it? How much?
