Greetings Team,
OK,, just had the 2002 2.0l 206cc serviced at 37400miles.. did the 40k service .
I have reset the spanner mileage indicator (push the button.switch on ignition. watch the couneter go to zero)... so what i was expecting was either now the spanner mileage ( mileage before the next service) to show 10000 miles ( to the interim 30k service) OR 20000 ( to show 20000 miles to the next 60k service)... but oh no the mileage after the spanner shows 18750. Drove a few miles and resset the spanner again,, still shows 18750 to next service..

Hmmm? after resetting the "spanner" why does it show 18750,,, I aint convinced that there is some compensation due to driving stlye.. but maybe there is????????????????????/

I wouldn't worry, that number rings a bell from when I had my 206CC.

I think it's something to do with how many miles until the warnings start to show for the next service or something like that.
