Awsome Job mate...
Thanks!! I know those wheels look a bit over the top, but it was terribly hard to find wheels that fit the 206's offsets.

Here's a short write-up about the drive and a few more photos.

It's a shame we lost one of the cars during the drive day - a Gold 306. It hit a tree and went down a 6m embarkment heading towards a creek. Luckily there was a fallen tree which stopped the 306 going any further. The car is a write-off but luckily the P-Plater driver and his mate got out ok.

I think those wheels are off the hook. Wish i could find a pair out here. They give the car a more agressive look...what are they called?

Ouch!!! what even more lucky is that he didnt hit one of the other cars in the meet. How does it happen in the first place? he just lost control?

The drive day involved a gravel stage. I left after lunch so I wasn't there, but when I met up with Gavin at the Motor Show last night, he showed me video footage of when the other cars came up to the accident.

Because it was a gravel road, they decided to leave a 2-3 min gap between each car to avoid stone chip damage, so there wasn't any chance of it hitting another car. They think he just wasn't experienced enough let alone on gravel and just lost it!! :(

How embarrassing.
Just because you're paranoid, it don't mean they're not after you.

... The lights are from a Korean auto accessory place at Castle Hill. RRP $450, talked it down to $350. Had to do the usual cutting to fit the CC.
Just an update Omak, thanks for the advice... i go to the parra one and got one (same style, they have only that style, glad it has the orange lens give a bit of colors to it rather then just red and chrome), unfortunately my bargaining talent isnt too good so its $370 (i think he knew i want it bad  ) after a bit of cutting it fit just right, looks great on red car as well!!!

Cool!!!!! Must show me some pics, including pics of your new number plate. I don't think Bigpond FTP is working yet though. Try Freehosting.com to upload your pics then link to them.

Make sure you keep your receipt though, I've got some leaks on one of the lights, but I haven't had time to dig up the receipt to get it exchanged. They know about it though.

Not my fault the light is faulty. As long as the leak is not associated with the cutting, which it can't, then I'm bringing it back.

I need to exchange it because the water leaves marks once it drys on the chrome reflector parts of the light.
