Have you looked at it? It does far more than that - it's a great gadget
The advanced version warns you of fixed-location GATSOs. It will SMS you every time your car gets a new best 0-60, new top speed, if it exceeds a certain speed limit, if it leaves a 200 metre zone, if it moves outside a certain time period, if it's accelerating too hard.
You can set it so it will automatically SMS somebody when you're a certain distance away.
You can ask it where it currently is by "ping-ringing" it - it will SMS you back with its location.
You can connect it to a laptop or a PDA (Windows-based) and use it as sat nav.
Somebody used it to prove that the mechanic had been racing through the streets of Manchester instead of fixing the car. Embarrasing for the service manager, not least because he had actually fitted it a couple of days earlier.

Good news - despite the recovered car being seemingly undamaged, Tesco have said a new car will be delivered within 2 weeks!
Quite interesting how they caught the guy - He was trying to get onto the Channel Tunnel and they scan every reg plate, and check with the DVLA. He had made some plates up and stuck them on, but this showed up as 'no such car' and they grabbed him!
Quick check inside and they found a load of V5 documents too.
Sadly he will probably get 10 minutes community service!
