How's about other convertible drivers, do they wave you?
Yesterday some 70's Mercedes SL wave to us when we drove with roofs down
I think some older (60's and so on cars) cabriolet owners are more sociable than others, they usually wave when they see another cabriolet at road. I mean old cars, not old people
Hi Jussi
I agree
I used to have a 1950's convertible Singer Gazelle and other drivers were much more friendly when I was driving her - they would smile, wave and even give wayat junctions.
I agree with Flo classic cars owners are much more tuned in to waving. My Morris Minor never fails to be waved at and indeed always seems to get let out of junctions
Hahaha Aimee - I remember on route to Thorpe Park - just as we had pulled out the first Sainsburys and sitting at the traffic lights... that van with 2 blokes in beeped and waved at you!
I must admit when out at the weekend - CB and I saw a few CCs and I didnt bother waving. The people were just miserable and didn't even look over and smile.
We did follow a silver CC for a short way - personlised plate with a "more mature" couple in. They smiled!
People prob see me and think oh gawd its her - quick look the other way!
I went from dover to ashford business point monday emma, but never saw you so couldnt wave
Julia dont you dare stop waving. just think next time you wave and the other person doesnt wave back - maybe they are just disheartened wavers who turned MISERABLE once they stopped?
