Door dropping?

Hiya

Sometimes when I shut the doors they sort of bounce open again on the window half so theres a little gap between the window and the bodywork. I cant explain it very well!

Its asthough something has gotten in the way of the door whilst I've shut it and stopped it totally closing, but nothing is there to get in the way.
If im closing the door from the outside its not so bad as i can kind of pop the window into the doorseal with my hand incase it rains but if im inside the car and it plays up doing this I have great fun opening and closing the door looking like a numpty trying to get it to behave!!!

Does the door close OK if the window is down? Then you can close the window afterwards?

My door dropped too so I took it in and it was fixed no problems.
