Hi,
After only having my new 206CC SE for only 1 week, I noticed that every time it rained, I could start my own aquarium in the back of my car! The peugeot dealer where I bought my car are on there second attempt (hopefully last) at trying to fix the problem. They have just ordered a new part for the roof, and as it's christmas, looks like i'm not going to be able to spend the first christmas with my car.
Any one else had roof leaks?? Are they fixed?
Anyway, Happy Christmas to everyone

Hope that the new seal sorts things for you when it arrives. Mine's been back three times to get it sorted, but then the chief mechanic seemed almost entirely clueless. The new seals didn't solve the problem for me, also had the roof and doors adjusted. I'm now waiting for a good downpour of rain to see if it's waterproof!
Good luck
Good luck

Has anyone experienced a leek coming from the interior light?
On closer inspection it appeared to be coming from the aerial hole which filled up inside the interiors light then dripped down. To resolve this I got my fella (handy chap) to put some sealant around the aerial connection. If you put too much then the radio will not work. So far this has solved the problem.

My cc has gone into Peugeot today (along with 2 others) for them to try something the Chief Engineer learnt on a course before Christmas? I believe this involves using a rubber tube inside the seal above the rear window to stiffen it and using something similar to gromets in the seals above the doors to prevent the water running along them and pouring out at the ends.....watch this space for the outcome!

Quick and easy way to fill your boot with snow:
1. Wait for snow to cover rear window
2. Open boot slightly
3. Snow slides into boot off rear window
4. Open boot fully
5. Snow on boot lid slides onto window and then into boot
6. Close boot

It snowed in Manchester about a week ago and it has just stayed around due to minus temps every night.
The Boot Snow Fill instructions aren't included in the manual I have - is this because mine is an old spec car .......ooops think i may have started that discussion once before
