Can anyone advise. A screw has slackened on the roof latch. When you release the latch the screw is just underneath. I do not want to damage anything by tightening it too much however it is stopping the latch from completely closing and a litttle rain gets in. I know if I take it to the garage it will cost an arm and a leg as the roof mechanism always does. Help please? Thanks

Why not just tighten it with a Torx driver? I assume it is a Torx screw?
If you're worried about overtightening use a torque wrench and set it low (to about 10 pound feet or even less). If you haven't a torque wrench, tighten it until it is firm i.e. no longer wobbles, then through another 30 degrees. Go gently.
