petrol or diesel?
if petrol? i would have to say it was a weak casting possibly? or detination,running lean.how old is the car and type of mileage?the petrol engines are normaly bullet proof.
if a diesel? poss pulled up water from exsessive rain we have had,or injector solenoid jammed open causing the cylinder to hydraluic,both i have encountered before,if neither of them then posible casting fault? very unlikely though.
