Good afternoon everyone.
I have just signed up to this forum after trying to find some information on the 206cc. I have to confess though that it isn't me that owns one it is the misses. She has a 2006 1.6 Allure which she's had for just over a year now. I own a Fiesta ST and am a very regular member of a Fiesta ST forum which is an excellent place. So I thought I would branch out and say hello to you all here

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I just have one question. The misses car is a 1.6 petrol allure on an 06 plate. I have just been looking through the specs on the Peugeot website and notice that there should be cruise control as standard. However the car doesn't have this on it. I have looked through the manual also which says that there should be cruise control and have looked at where the stalk should be, but nothing there. Is this right and do you think I should take it in to a dealer to see if it could be fitted?
Thanks in advance

Up to you really. Maybe your car is a 2005 spec which wasn't registered until the 06 plate came out. We have a 2005 1.6 petrol Allure and that doesn't have cruise control either. Depends how much you'd use it I suppose. I have no doubt it could be retro fitted but at a cost of several hundred pounds only you can say whether it would be worth it for you.

Cheers mate. I did wonder if it would be something like that. I'm not fussed having it installed but if it was supposed to be there and wasn't I may have taken it in. It does have ESP though which according to the specs it shouldn't, only on the 2 litre. Very strange :/
