ROOF GOES DOWN BUT WONT COME UP AGAIN!! PLEASE HELP!

Can anyone help me???? Ive just bought a 206cc (02/52 Reg- from Ebay!!) and the Roof works fine going down but will not go back up again. I have checked and the rear blind is in place, I have done the re-set switch thingy in the back but all to no avail.
Anyone have any ideas why it will work going down but wont come up????

This is a really stupid answer and a longshot but you never know. You press the button down to do one action and lift the button up to do the other.

Are you doing this or just pressing down? I think you have to lift the button to make the roof close (cant remember which way round it was now)

Lol- Yes I definitely know the difference of putting it down and up - I used to have a 306 SE convertible so know the basics. The motor works as it goes down perfectly - just doesnt want to come back up again!
