Got a 4 inch nail in my tyre a few weeks back:( Old tyres so not too bad.. Have to say was pretty impressed with the foam - back on the road in a matter of minutes!

Is it true that once you've used the foam, you have to completely replace the tyre? Also, is Holts Tyre Weld exactly the same stuff as what would have come with the car..

Apologies if I'm asking completely dense questions!!:mfight:

Any tips on where to get replacement foam from? Found the Holts stuff online for around £10.00

I got my replacements foam from Holtz. I've been told you can only drive with it under 50 mph, and only to get it replaced.

Holts Tyreweld most car accessory spares shops.
Try Wilco, Halfords etc.

Wilco: 300 ml Aerosol £6.59, 400 ml Aerosol £8.99.
We carry a space saver spare with our 206cc. Fits in the boot under the pullout blind so ok with roof up or down. If we need the boot for bulky items we belt the space saver spare into one of the rear seats under the windstop where it can't be seen.
