Had a letter this morning concerning a recall. It says they want to remap the computer to prevent the horn sounding without any warning.
I'm a bit dubious about doing this as some people on here have had the computer remaped only to see their cars running like sh**e afterwards.
Anyone else had the recall or had the computer remapped.

Hi All,
I had recall X4D done sometime ago and I have noticed (actually husband wanted to play and noticed) that the ESP disable no longer works.
Has anyone else checked their ESP disable since the recall?

Going on holiday next week so don’t have time to have it checked out.

I didn't know you could disable it on the UK spec cars. or am I being thick and missing something?

I didn't think ESP was an option on UK CC's?

I have a button that allows ESP to be disabled. In the handbook it says you can disable ESP if the conditions are such that wheel spin occurs i.e. ice, snow or mud………. But it doesn’t work anymore.

ESP was standard option on the Allure 2.0
