anti-pollution fault ...help

my car is just over 3 years old ( 41,000miles )

about 6 months ago i put the special unleaded petrol in , and it sputtered and anti-pollution warnings came on, thought nothing of it ..( well i paniced but ...)

about a month ago, just after starting it juddered and lost power , a shock but forgot all about it ( just a one off )

Last week, it lost power stopped ( like an alternater would on an old car , engine noises , and wouldnt start , got it started blowing and weezing got it home ( just over a mile )
had it towed to garage as wouldnt start , had new coil and parts , fine drove it home 40 +miles

So

Fine for a day .., today lost power struggled to get it home , anti-pollution fault on screen,

ANY IDEAS PLEASE

Maybe a coincidence, but I'm also a member of a 406 coupe forum, and someone on there recently had the same sort of trouble within a few miles of putting in super unleaded. It's enough to put me off using it.

Had the same problem with 1.6d eventually had to get 2 new injectors that was 9 months ago under warranty, everything has been since [touch wood]
