Yes although I doubt it will sell in the UK. The 306 Sedan didn't sell well here, did it?

The vehicle is being produced at Peugeot's Iranian plant in Tehran, with exports beginning in March 2006. I believe the 206 sedan is available with two engines: a 1.4 and a 1.6.

Funny thing is that a large number of foreign markets sell more saloons than hatchbacks, very unlike the UK so this will be a very popular car in some countries.

I wouldn't buy one though :D

i think the rear end looks like it has been photoshopped from a 406 coupe or even a 306 sedan ;)

I was under the impression that the 206 sedan had been available for years in other countries

It is true Lyndon. The back end is more like the 607 I think, but I understand the rear light assemblies are the same as the hatchback.

Yes, looks like a cross between the 607 and the 206cc on the back end photo. The Chinese market is often just saloons, and I've seen other cars butchered for this market.

To be honest, as saloons go, it doesn't look that bad, could be a lot worse.

Well, I like it.

I've never liked proper hatchbacks with the straight down back. A car just doesn't look right to me unless there's a boot space sticking out!
