How do i post photo's on Forum?

I have seen some posts with pictures embedded. I have treid and can't seem to do it. can I submit a picture from my laptop or does it have to come from the internet?

As far as im aware you cant upload images directly to the site.

you will need to host your image somewhere on the internet, i recomend imageshack

www.imageshack.us

once you have hosted it you can use the link they give you ( hotlink to forum) to post it here, just copy and paste the text in the box into here
