Does anyone know whether the 17in alloys as on the 307xsi will fit the cc or not? Are they the same offset or they will require some adjustments (like spacers)? They fitted them onto the 206RC and looks good.

thanks

They are a different offset, but i read somewhere that the 206 is getting some 17" option alloys

when? where?
I've asked the dealer about the 17in xsi wheels, they quoted me AUD$700 per alloy excluding tyres. All together for a set of 4 including 40 series tyres will be arround $3500 - 4000.......... where's my prince charming $$$$$$$$$$$$$

The 17" alloys on the 307XSi are ET31 offset and will fit without any problems...

Wilsonson,

Don't get original Peugoet Rims. They are expensive and looks average. I don't know if you know where TEMPE Tyres is. Its a good place for alloys and tyres. Biggest display in Sydney. PRINCES HWY, TEMPE.

Good Luck

But have you actually tried getting of aftermarket wheels in the correct offset. Not a easy task, after 8 months i am still looking but will probably get some miglias soon. i was even tempted to just go and by a set from peugeot at one point

tempe tyres, I will go there have a look tomorrow. There are four brands which i know of (available in sydney) will have the correct offset for the CC. They are 'TSW' and 'Mak' both available from BobJane T-mart. Then there's Oz racing from Australian Best Tyres services at Lakemba. Then it's the 'Speedy' model - Hyperlink.

I'm going to check out the $$$$ tomorrow. They are definitely cheaper than the $4000 set of 4 Peugoet 307's alloys/tyres.

been shop arround sydney, not many luck. TSW don't have anything for 206 with offset 25 in 17in, but they've got some in offset 15.
Another alternative is 'MAK' in 16in normal 5 spoke design AUD$1600 with tyres.

Speedy has 2 styles in 17in - 'Hyperfin' and 'something' - can't remember the name, both 17in both AUD $1900 with tyres

Then there's 3 designs for 17in from Tempe tyres which would fit, 2 chrome and one silver, the chrome is AUD$1900 with tyres, the silver is $1500 with tyres, they have just supplied one to the local dealer.

I may go for the chrome, one of the two designs that is available is actually the same style as on my old car, should have keep my old one but different offset thu

Cool, when you find something for your car. Would you might posting a picture for all of us to look at?

You mentioned "Australian Best Tyres services at Lakemba". They are only 3-4 blocks from my house. There is a guy there. I think his name is Michael Mckosca. He is very good.

pics, sure will do, but first i will have to rob my piggy bank for some $$$$$$..............
Australian Best is very good in services, i've got my last 2 sets of alloys from them. However for the CC. they only have the 'Speedy' range available, nothing else will fit.

Wilsonson,
I went to Tempe Tyres today, saw 2x 17S in silver for $1500 with 205/40R17. I don't like chrome, so will get the silver soon.

I'm thinking about goin down there again on saturday. I'm hoping to collect my car sometime this week...

$1500.00 isn't to bad, $4000 for original peugoet is way too much.
