Who is was the stalker in Home & Away?

Aussies,
Please help. I am trying to wind my wife and sister up regarding that great Aussie soap "Home & Away" I keep telling them how predictable it is. It would be great to predict who the stalker is. So can anyone tell me. I think we are about 6 months behind.

The stalker was stalking almost everyone. Sally was pushed off a step ladder, that blond copper has found the hide-out. Oh yeah the stalker also caused a plane crash and killed some sleezy guy. At the moment the copper thinks it is the women that killed Noah. Even though she is dead. Please help me.

Zoe is the stalker
