Stupid french car in pug garage..

The buggering roof messed up!!

Put the roof down.. drove around a little.. put it up (attempted to put it up) and there was nothing!!!
FANTASTIC!!!

So after alot of hair pulling n button pushing i managed to get the roof up BUT.. the motor just kept going and there was no ''bong'' to tell me the roof was up properly!!

So me being me.. i thought ah bugger it.. done the little clip thingies and the windows and off i went!
Barely got moving and nearly sh*t meself.. thought my car was going to blow up or something! sounded like a bloody ticking bomb in my car..

Basically whenever the car is moving it continuously beeps at me.. obviously the car thinks the roof isnt up properly!
(This beeping noise i now hear in my sleep by the way!)

AND.. to add to this problem.. i tried the roof again.. and the windows stayed up and the roof went down! GREAT I KNOW!!
AND.. if i lock my car using the button alarm thingy.. then the alarm goes off straight away!!
OH DONT I JUST LOVE FRENCH CARS!

So i have continuous beeping whilst car is moving..
plus.. have to lock car with key..
and.. the weather has been so damn nice today and me silly crappy car is in the peugeot garage for 2 damn days and im stuck without a car because im 18 they refused a curtesy car!!

LUcky for you that its only in for 2 days, mine got towed on monday and got told today parts are on back order not due in until 17th, and its only 3 months old

sorry to hear of your woes, i'm sure it just needs a reset and test of the microswitches.

you'll soon be back topless driving.................you may even have the roof down if it's nice too
