rear light problem

First i'd like to say hi to every1!!!
i've got a v reg 206 1.6 rolland garros (non cc) and when i turn the ignition on the indicators sometimes flash and if i start the engine and turn the light's there fine but if the engine get's turnt off an re started the rear lights will not stay on?!?!?! it's got lexus style L.E.D lights i don't no if this would make a difference?
any help would be appreciated

I know that when I was installing my lexus rears it did all sorts of strange things to my lights and indicators. Maybe you could check all your connections, or even put your old lights back on to see if it sorts it.
