Anyone have a repair manual???

Hey all,

Just wondered whether anyone has any details/instruction/manual type things on how to replace the hydraulic tappets on the 2.0l?

Went to Pug today to find out the deal with this anti-pollution/tappet issue and they want to charge me Â£800 to fix it!

Luckily my dad is a mechanic and can do the job himself

(just charging me for the parts) but he isn't a Pug mechanic (ford one!?!)

and i wanted to help him along a little!

Anyone got any repair manual type docs? seein as though haynes haven't got a manual out (one that i can find anyway!)

Na i havent got a repair manual.takes bout an hr ona ramp and very straight forwar.most important part is the cames have to be pinned and cam sensor nedds to come out.
wheres you based to?.

You can get them on CD on eBay for about Â£3 - just make sure you get one for your model/year.
