Want to lower my car (when the bloody thing arrives) but want to know how it affects the warranty. Would it rendor it completey useless or would it just mean that they wouldnt fix the bits that you modify. While we are on the subject, what about other mods? Would fitting a spoiler for example invalidate the warranty? Dont want to go spending my hard earned cash and then find out im not covered.

cheers Peeps

i think the warranty is only invalidated for the parts that are affected by the car being lowered. not being technically minded i don't know what they are

i don't see why a spoiler could invalidate the warranty but i would check with your dealer first as some of them can be ever so slightly irritating.

If you as much as touch the car with unorginal parts the dealers will have a good card if something get wrong. Even if it has nothing to do with the modifying or parts you have put on. This is how it works in Norway. Therefore the rule here is: get it written from the Peugeot national headquarter that the modifying dont affect the warranty.

looks like you will have problems anyway if it's an import. if you find a decent dealer they might not bother about it being an import or the modifications but i have heard there is more chance of seeing they pink elephants flying around
