Passenger seat wont fold down

Somewhere inside my passenger seat the wire has discaonnected from the release handle and subsequently it wont fold down to allow passengers(without legs ) to get into the back of my CC.
Is this a do-able job for me? The seat removal description (great by the way)in the Repairs bit doesnt mention the inner workings of the seat.
Or do i have to get a garage to do it ?

P.s Anyone got a N/s door mirror housing for sale?

na tis doable. depends what end the cable has come off
if it on the bottom,tis a piece of cake.
if at the top om catch ,then easier to remove seat backing.
not hard just longer to do.
