The official figures are around 40mpg which sounds about right as I have the 2litre and get on average 35 on a run.

40mpg as mentioned rings a bell. I wouldn't expect anything less as I used to get 34.5mpg average on the 2.0SE when I had it.

Now I am lucky to get 23mpg on Optimax :(

at a very rough guess about 70-90 miles, depends on your driving style, where you drive and how much you get the petrol for.

a motorway/dual carriage way journey should give good mpg, where as urban/town driving with a lot of stop start driving wil give a lower mpg figure.

in my 350z i get around 28-32mpg if i'm careful on the motorway where as town driving gives 18mpg or less  , it as a 3.5 litre engine tho :)

bout 100 mile per £10 ish depending on how much petrol is where you live, and your driving style might be less but i expect it to be more.. im just working out by how far i go on a full tank and how much a full tank costs ( mines an automatic though, so wont b the same petrol consumption as a manuel)

good luck, you'll love it :) It's just a pain waiting for the summer (I bought my cc in October) but you do get the odd chance to go topless....I took mine out for a top-down spin on boxing day and didn't notice the cold at all

I have my aircon on all of the time and get 35-40mpg on my 1.6l. Dependent on whether I'm going to and from work/town (approx 6 miles) or a run.
Life's too short to drive around with your roof up.

forgot to add... my average mpg and mp£10 were both with the aircon on all the time aswell.. and most of my journeys are stop start in traffic jams.
