Removing instrument binnacle

I need to change the bulb that illuminates the mileage display on my daughter's 206, and therefore remove the 'binnacle' (humpy bit of the dash!). It appears to hook on at the back and sides, and is fastened at the front, above the steering column. But I can't see how.

Anyone know?
