A alarm systems doesn't affect the module in any way.
The windows close after using the central lock (pressing down the door-key or the lock-button of the factory remote).

will the windows close if you press the interior lock butto next to the hazard light switch if the ignition is off??? :rolleyes:

It's not important how you lock the doors, but that you lock them :-)
The module simply watchs for a change of the signal which controlls the motors locking the doors. As soon as the motors get a close-signal, the modul closes the windows (only if the ignition is off; if the ignition is on, the module will discard this information and does nothing).
