can anyone one help??

i have had my 2.0 206 cc (52 plate) for a few months now, and ive been very happy with it. The only problem i had were the squeeking breaks, which were replaced by the dealer under warranty (pads and discs) which solved the problem. BUT i have got another problem which im hoping that someone can shed some light on PLEASE!!!

When i break there is a clicking type noise, its fairly loud and can be heard inside even with the radio on, its been back to the dealers 3 times for it to be looked at, each time its come back the same. They have no idea what is causing the noise, they dont think its anything to do with the breaks, its driving me mad To make things worse, it happens fiarly regular when i drive, but when i take the mechanic out it doesnt do it, they have only heard it twice in the three times they took it out.

Has anyone had this type of problem with there cc?? or does anyone have any ideas what it could be?? any suggestions will be greatly recieved no matter how stupid they are!!
