I'm not keen on that at all apart from maybe the side view. These black blocks in the bumpers are an absolute turn off and have also wasted the 307 as well.

It's a shame as they did a good job of the new 407 but they didn't fill the mouth of that with lumps of plastic.

When the 206CC was launched it was a stunning car so it's a shame they can't do likewise with the 207CC.

It may just be the pics but the interior doesn't look too stylish :?: The current interior is now dated but I always did like it.

I'd have extended the bonnet and wings down to the black bit of the bumper, and canned those ridiculous lights.

Of course, then it would look surprisingly like a 206CC...

Although I thought it was a mistake to include the fog lights within the headlight cluster on the 307CC instead of being separate....... the new ones on the 307CC phase 2 and 207CC look silly - they look stuck on.

They looked ok like that on concept cars but only with the chrome bar connecting them.

It looks a bit Vauxhall tigra to me. I actually like the new 307cc front. It’s unusual and has the new Peugeot plankton eating mouth. Give it an SP grille and a dark colour and it would look nice in my eyes.

The 207cc looks a bit girly. It seems to me that Peugeot have heard that the 206cc has the image of being a girl’s car and have designed the 207cc to go along with that image just like all the other manufacturers of little convertibles. I wish someone would stop thinking that cabrios are for girls. Lets have a cc that looks a bit awkward on the eye a bit less fashionable and has enough poke and handling to shame more masculine cars. On a good note Peugeot and BMW are developing a 1.6 180BHP engine together. That means it should be light powerful and hopefully find its way in to a nimble little cc. It will have a turbo to get that sort of power though. I might consider a 207cc if Peugeot make a sporty version and offer a GT body kit for it, but I am nowhere near as excited about the car as I was my 206cc.

yeah i think you re right, coz i send some questions at Peugeot.com about 207 and they answered that "every information about the car is confidential and is only available to the employees working directly on the project. All info concerning future models is only made available around the launch period" so what can you tell? nothing official ... yet.
thanx anyway!
