Lyndon is right, I am a salesman (we ain't all bad!), but I get the latest info from a couple of my friends working at PSA Peugeot Citroen HQ in Paris. That's where all the decisions for the UK market get made, then they get relayed back to Coventry Head Office.

The 2003 model specs are from the 1st June, so any vehcile built on or after the 28th May 2002 will feature these enhancements.

Thanks heaps for the info chris. Am I right in assuming the same applies for the Australian market - ie. build date after 28/5/02 is 2003 specs?

As far as I know this is only specifcations applying to the UK market, so I'm not sure if it will filter through to the Australian market over the next couple of months.

Frosty,

Would you be able to check with Peugeot Australia what they think about the above, ie after what build date will 2003 specs be available.

Matt I can tell you with certainty that model year change occurs in September production. Allowing for shipment you could see 2003 model year here late October/November. This is the same with all Peugeot models.

Can't see that any of the changes will impact Aussie buyers, except for the bumper on the 1.6.

Driven carefully the bumper shouldn't impact Aussies at all.
