Hi there,
I am new to the list (an Aussie in Hong Kong for the last 11 years!) I just bought a 2003 CC here in Hong Kong, has done 32000Ks, in excellent condition (just few small paint scratches)- previous owner has changed the front and rear lights, added reverse parking sensors. I paid HK$65000 which is about AUD10800. So far all is well- no leaking roof (despite torrential rain for the last week), runs smooth and quite zappy!
I added a new cd/tape/tuner and 12 stack cd player- other than that the standard sports pack gear.

All cars in HK are cheap after they are 1-2 years old!!

Cheers

Hi Lloyd

Welcome to the World of CC. I'm now living in HK as well, but I don't think my next car will be a CC. I had my fun and my CC will remain with my Dad in Sydney for when I go back for visits.

How did you find a 2003 CC? 2.0 or 1.6? I have only seen 2001/2002 CCs on the various second hand car sites. Good choice, the 2003 was the Gen II CC with many updates and fixes. You should have no problems with the roof.

You should join up with the HK Peugeot Club. www.clubpeugeot.org

Any pics??

Welcome to Hong Kong- how are you enjoying it?

With all this rain we have had in the last 2 weeks- so far not a drop inside the car!
My 206 is the 1.6 auto, wife insisted we get an auto- she actually drives the car the most. The reason we bought the car was that we moved to a new apt and the car park is so small the 206 was all I could fit in it! Never bought a car based on size before....however we love it!

Will check out the HK club. What are you driving in HK?

Cheers

How much does a brand new 1.6 206 CC cost in Hong Kong?

I am eyeing one 2003 1.6 206 CC in Bangkok, the asking price is
Baht. 1.4 million (ca. HKD 260,000). Price for 2005 is around 2 mil. (HKD 373,000)
