Hi please feel free to complete the poll regarding the "service" that Peugeot head office offer, I am sure that I am not the only dissillusioned customer

What makes things even more scary is -

Judging by the results so far that would be an improvement in the annual JD Power survey for Peugeot.

I've found a good dealer (main dealer that is!!!) in St Helens who are always courtious, helpful, friendly and efficient. Shame they ain't all like that!

Dan I really do hope you never have to deal with head office.....ever.

I voted the last option and am not surprised to find out it's the top answer.

It's lucky you can only speak to them on the phone or I would have been in prison for GBH.

F***ing useless, thick, irritating b******s is one way of describing them.

I think it is interesting that people would rather wire brush their genitals than be poked in the eye with a sharp stick, I suppose your genitals get better after you wire brush them whereas your eyes dont.... I am not an expert though as I have never poked myself in the eye....

If you look at the wording it says "i enjoy being poked in the eye with a sharp stick" which is a bit masochistic, hence why everyone is choosing the "i would rather" option.

You won't get rid of your gonorrhea with a wire brush

What can I say - Pug CS really wind me up  You can't even take the p*sh out of them like you can do with most people as they are too thick to understand  Takes all the fun out of yelling down the phone at them

By mistake (their mistake) I ended up getting the mobile number of a CS Manager - only recently deleted it, could have been useful for when you wake up bored and wide awake at 3.00am in the morning
