My 206 CC SE is 2 years old in July and the exhaust is blowing in 2 places (back box and middle section). The CAT is OK though. Usual story from ATS and QuikFit - they dont want to know and sent me to PUG.
One PUG dealer quoted me £360 for a new back box and middle section including fitting. I dont trust this PUG dealer as far as I can throw them though. Going to get a second opnion from my main PUG dealer but just wanted to know if anyone has ever managed to get this done under warrenty?
I've also had a noisy manifold when engine around 2800 rpm so going to get PUG to look at this at the same time.
Cheers

Find a local exhaust "specialist" not the chains generally (although some are OK)
I had a complete new stainless system custom made and fitted, with the existing Cat for £300. This took them about 4 hours so i think its not too bad....and has stood up to another 10k miles OK.
The original exhaust really was toast though after 40K miles, they didnt really remove it, more like it fell off !! Sounded like a tank as i pulled off the motorway and was split in three places and most of the joints to the Cat were blown open (Weak welding)
You could try moaning at Peugeot but dont expect much there...

Result
- complained to PUG customer service and they said my dealer would replace the exhaust under warrenty which has been done today.
The dealer did also confirm that I needed a new manifold which has been ordered and will be fitted next week (again under warrenty)
