Rear roof latch

Help. Just bought Y reg 206cc 1.6 and the rear boot latch keeps coming loose and making the roof alarm sound while driving (how annoying) i have to stop and press the roof button as though i am closing the roof (eben though it is closed!) to complete the closing sequence! When i go over a few bumps it comes loose again and the whole thing starts again. the pipes have all been replaced last week any ideas how i can adjust it myself. it seems like it is a hydrualic adjustment or would it be wise to take it back to get fixed (only problem is that it is a long journey back to get it done under warranty!!!). thanks in advance

Personally I wouldn't play with anything ref the roof - if anything else goes in future and they work out you have done a home fix they will dismiss you saying your repair caused it. You can get the work done at any Peugeot dealer you don't have to return to the dealer that supplied the car.
