Boot Rack Instruction Manual

Hi, I bought a second hand (but unused) boot rack last year, but it didn't have an instruction manual with it. I've taken all the bottoms off each of the 4 clamps and now it seems like the krypton factor to get them all back together. Has anyone got a fitting manual that they could possibly scan in and e-mail to me. Alternatively, if somebody could post it to me, I could photocopy it and send it back to you, along with a stamp to cover your postage.

Also, does anyone use anything else than the standard bit of rubber on each clamp to stop scratching the rails, I put a small sctratch on mine just resting it on the rails,
