iirc the sports pack was the silver dials or something like that, alloy pedals and possibly the door sills.
i'm sure someone will corect me as i'm not 100% sure
also iirc the sports pack was only a £100 option on 1.6S models so £200 is a bit ott but at the same time very worth it as the little touches make the difference

Well I suppose they've got to make their money somewhere! Do you think the price shown is the final price, or do you think you could knock them down even more???
I was going to buy an import from Jefferies Farm traders, but the very day I was going to phone them and make the purchase my local Pug dealer phoned me and asked if I'd had any further thoughts (I'd had a test drive with them). I told him what I was going to buy from Jeffries so he decided to beat Jeffries by 50 quid.
Having bought an import, I probably wouldn't do it again. However I imported through a fairly dodgy company and they didn't give me the spec I ordered.
I was definitely treated as second class at the dealerships and although they did fix warranty work, they won't go that extra yard. I think had I bought my 206cc from a UK dealer I could have got the squealing fixed.
On saying that, I just traded my import in at a dealer and got a very good return (however when I put it in a paper no private person wanted a second hand import).
I think if you like tinkering with your 206cc an import is fine, but if you haven't got time for any hassle then a UK car might be worth the extra cash.
