how can it always be £32 when petrol has dropped in price by nearly 10% since the start of december ? :?

Managed to get £40 in tank at start of December.
Agean Blue 2.0 SE, Colour Coded Bumpers And Rubbing Strips, Lexus Lights, Sports Grille, Chrome Hoops.
