or does anyone else struggle with the fuel filler on the CC? At the petrol station this evening, the pump kept clicking off after every fuel pence of fuel. Frustrating when you know you've got tank space for twenty quid or more.
Is it necessary to hold it at a particular angle or is there any knack anyone has developed? What started out as a quirk is getting to be pretty annoying.
Thanks in advance.
Is it just me....

My car is weird in this respect. While at home near London, at any petrol station, I can stand there for ages clicking away every 10p of fuel and still not fill the fuel gauge but it stays 1 notch below full.
However both time I have been "up North" to Cumbria I have abosolutely no problem with either the clicking or actually filling the car, and while up there both times I filled at several stations so it was not just a lucky pump.

I tend to vent it a bit - hold nozzle as near the the top of the filler inlet as possible so it allows buildup to escape - tends to click less that way - only seem to have trouble at 1 filling station near me

I had this problem with a 53 reg 206cc it was down to the fuel pipe from the filling point and the way the pipe was run to the tank.
If you could allow air to get into the point of filling it was fine, but you try to hold the pump at around 12 o'clock to fill you car and let air in at the same time!
I DONT THINK SO
I dont have this problem on my 04 206cc it seems that peugeot may have solved this problem on new models.

fuel tank capacityis 47 litres for both models.
you can't use price when price varies region to region and often PFS to PFS.
