Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone had managed to fit 4 point harnesses to their CC?
where would they be anchored to?

also has anyone managed to find washer jets in chrome or silver that do not contain LEDs? i can't find any anywhere.

Thanks guys.

ever gotten out of a car in 4 point harness quickly to put the mail in the mailbox for example ?

It is a pain to get in and out of these things, a friend of mine had them in an Elise he used to drive on tracks 8) and on longer trips so it was reasonablu OK, but for everyday use i would consider this very carefully (if you get the fixed ones even reaching the radio is difficult...)

i think harnesses in a CC will look errr well crap :P

would be different if it was going to be extensively modified such as what chadds will be like when finished but not in anything close to standard.

hate to be picky but also not sure on the washer jets - why not save your money and put it towards a fluffy dice ?

I would rather find adjustable washer jets  , chrome paint is widely available so buy some jets from your pug dealer (the newer spray type did cost me about 5 euro) and have a go.

In winter the newer ones have more probs getting the washer stuff on the screen where it should be....anyone know whether PSA does adjustable jets that might fit ? (C5 perhaps)

might be depending on the leg arm ratio.....with short legs the steering wheel and gear is closer .......

I can barely adjust the seat to accomodate my legs and reach the steering wheel comfortably.....(being 1m93 can be a handicap)

Thanks for your help guys,

I have spoken to a guy i met recently who has a spare set of harnesses knocking about he said that he can rig them up temporarily to geive me an idea of what my stubby arms and legs could and couldn't reach.

With regards to the washer jets, my dad works in a garage and says he has found a set "knocking about", probably off an old jaguar or something like that. When I get them from him and put them on, i will post a picture if anyone cares.
