Dead cc - Immoboliser?

Well I just got home on the south coast after my cc decided to pack up in London.
First of all the electric windows wouldn't work, then the indicators, and then it wouldn't start at all.
Ah well, I guess I'll be dowwn my pug dealer tomorrow morning to see if they will rescue my car & fix it.
Only had it a month!
Good job my daughter in law gave us a lift home.

faulty ECU or com2000 (or wotever it's called

Well, I've just got back from my pug dealer & they've told me to get in contact with the London dealer who will be able to arrange picking the car up and repairing it.
Should be covered by the warrenty.

More news when I get it.

I had to drive back down to London today & tow my pug to the dealer because their breakdown truck is broken. :x
At least the car is now in the garage.
I got a phone call to tell me that the 'transducer Aerial' needs replacing, so they would replace that when they get one tomorrow.
That sounds like something from the 'Back to the future film' to me, but their you go.

I had a new one of those fitted on a Citroen I used to own. I think its the bit in the steering column that detects the chip in the key to deactivate the immobiliser? I'm not sure why that would affect your electric windows and indicators though
